My son has dreams that he can fly, only in his dreams, he’s Iron Man! Well, I havent got a $Billion flying suit, I do, however, have photoshop, so he can fly in his Ben 10 trousers and Dalek t shirt instead. I love this picture. It all began, leaping from a table in a park… :)

THE PROCEEDS FROM THE SALES OF THIS WORK WILL BE DONATED TO OINK’S FUND I was saddened to hear that Oink had been subject to vicious attacks from thugs. They had been throwing bricks at him and putting washing up liquid in the 15 year old’s water trough. After hearing about the threat to Oink’s safety, David Larkin kindly donated and set up a CCTV sytem in Oink’s field. Other well-wishers are making donations to Oinks fund, which will raise money towards providing further security for Oink, such as a new fence. Read the full story, here Please also see Oink’s new website which is also accepting donations. The tranquil beast in this photo manipulation is a Water Buffalo. I think he’s the only one in the UK, and I stumbled across him while out walking my dog in some local fields. His name is Oink! He got stranded in his field during the floods a few months ago. Luckily, he found his way to safety and became quite the celebrity in the animal world! This was edited in a similar way to my other work, Lord of the Water. Please click on this link for details. “A world where all worlds can fit into” / Claudio Lepratti Dedicated to Claudio Lepratti: / Popular folk-rock composer León Gieco, well-known for his involvement in social causes, wrote a song dedicated to Lepratti, El ángel de la bicicleta (“The Angel of the Bicycle”, alluding to Lepratti’s main means of transportation). The video shows scenes of the December 2001 riots and the police repression, along with people writing graffiti about Lepratti. Such graffiti, most commonly the phrase Pocho vive (“Pocho lives”), the picture of an ant, or a winged silhouette (an angel) riding a bicycle, have sprung up in Rosario’s walls, including the downtown. I was at a sale the other day and bought a box of old photos and engravings. When I went through the stuff I found a whole bunch of these prints,they look like places that I should know. / The only problem is,the skies are kinda different ( big under statement ). I think they could be from another dimension,on the back of a couple are the words “4th Dimensional photos”. / So not only from another where, but another when! / ...................................................................................................................................................... / How I did it. / I took an old engraving of mine ( it was done in 1836 ),I photographed it, put it on the computer, in PS I cut out the BG I didn’t want,saved it on a transparent file. / In Artmatic Voyager I bulit and rendered a BG, matching the engraving as best as possible. / Back in PS opened the render,and converted it to BW,dragged the engraving onto the render and sized and positioned it. / Tweaked and cloned to join the edges,with an “Old Photo Filter” I again tweaked it and added some contrast. / Got it the way I wanted and saved as a JPG.

I repainted some part of the body to give an ethereal feelings, put some mist in the background and behind the model (you can see it, but without it, it doesn’t look the same. i applied several textures and various colored layers, with the “screen” effect. As well as for the wings : in fact they are two layers, the same duplicated, the above one set as “screen”.
