THIS IS IN THE FRONT WINDOW OF THE FRANKSTON ARTS CENTRE. WILL BE IN THE WINDOW FOR AUGUST/SEPTEMBER. Please check it out if you drive past. 08/09 / The RON RADO Prize is held every year and Ron who was a patron of the arts had a construction company and when he died he left this scholarship to up and coming artist.
