Please tell me how I can live through "Today"

True Depression , "has many faces". As we are each different, we also differ in our ‘chemical’ makeup…...some of us are more prone to depression than others.

Our world is in trauma

and clutter our homes and fill our sheds
with ‘life’ , when there’s so much more
For relationships so wonderfully fill the void
where endless things once trod

dreams of home came and sat on my stomach
a smile drew in a breath of night air
silence was my closest friend amidst the crackling fire
flames spoke of peace and tranquility
