Hello and welcome to the Extreme Sports Photography Group.

The images presented within this group are of top quality works that specialize in promoting Extreme Sports here on Redbubble. Extreme Sports is a passion for the hosts and for that reason we have set up this group.

We would very much encourage photographers who have an interest in the Extreme Sports World to join us in presenting thier best work. You will be part of a community of like minded photographers where we will all benefit from each others work, resulting in a positive mind-set to keep the passion of Extreme Sports alive.

This is strictly an ” Invitation ” only group. Please read the information below before asking for an invite.

The Extreme Sports channel on Sky ( channel 419 ), Cable and Freeview in the UK and on other channels around the World broadcasts what we want to display in this group. Those of you who are not familiar with this channel, we have outlined a few of the sports below. Alternatively, go to their website – www.extreme.com

Images of full on action is what we are looking to see. This means the subject will need to dominate the frame and show the action, with the remainder showing the obstacle, environment, crowd etc. Full on action shots please, images showing more detail ( landscape, ocean ) and less of the subject will not be accepted.

We are well aware that there are other sports that would fit quite well in the Extreme Sports genre, however, if it is not being broadcast as an ” Extreme Sport ” on extreme.com then it wont be accepted. There are plenty of other Sport Groups here on Redbubble that would suit.

The group will accept photographs only.

Manipulation of images will be accepted but only adjustments to enhance the quality of the image.

Black and white will be accepted.

Drawings, paintings, t-shirt designs and journals will NOT be accepted.
Sepia and Duotones will NOT be accepted.

This is not a group to just dump your images or snap shots, which is what it was becoming, hence the move to focus on top quality.

Only add 1 image per 24 hour period.

Images will be moderated. If they don’t fit the theme then they will be rejected and the member given a reason as to why it was rejected. (Please note that Redbubble only gives moderators around 5 generic options (focus, composition etc) for a reason for rejection so the reply cannot be tailored specifically to the member). If you have an image rejected, don’t be dis-heartened, just try again, keeping the details above in mind.

Please Note: There are some sports on Extreme that will not be accepted, such as ” Cage Fighting ”!!!!
