towards life
is a knowing in our spirit
telling us
that all is not right…?

But she walks with me
offering hand

offering what I need;

There are times in my life
in my spirit
when, even if I were to ignore the sensation
I feel the cry of
another’s soul.
And I ache
oh how I ache
not for me
but for them…

Today
is one of those days&…

You’ve awoken the woman I am
led me to depths no one else can
daring me to step upon desire’s tide
renewing the passion buried deep inside.

Sometimes
I feel I could
slay the dragon
other times
I seek for it
to slay me;
