About This Group
It is the intention of this group to offer emotional support to artists who are also moms. Motherhood is a demanding job that often depletes our artistic spirits. This group will nurture the artist in every mom and offer encouragement to be true to ourselves as artists. I had a professor that would say…“art is a jealous mistress…” Stay true to your authentic selves and use this group to vent, express, share, your treasures, concerns, worries, and hopes. Submit drawings, writings, photography, fine and folk art, and also any images showing mother and child.
