About This Group

The Kimberley region extends from Broome to Lake Argyle, and from The Timor Sea to The Great Sandy Desert. It is characterised by its ruggedness, its unique natural beauty and largely unspoilt features. The Kimberley region covers an area larger than the UK or New Zealand being over 400,000 square kilometres in size. Distances are vast – however the rewards are great.

The purpose of this group is to share the beauty of this region with others and to inspire many more to experience this special part of the world.

Whether you are a permanent resident of the region, someone who has visited and experienced this slice of heaven, or are simply interested in the delights the region has to offer – anyone is welcome to join.
