About This Group

According to ancient Greeks, Kairos was the god of the “fleeting moment,”
“a favorable opportunity opposing the fate of man.” Such a moment must be grasped, otherwise the moment is gone and can not be re-captured.
Please consider this carefully when submitting your image.

The inspiration for this group is drawn from famous photographers such as
Henri Cartier-Bresson, who shaped this style of documentary photography with his intentionally candid images. It is all about Capturing the decisive moment in which all elements come together to form a timeless masterpiece.

This group does not accept any clothing, iPhone cases, journals or written pieces of work.

Do not upload more than 3 images a day (24 hours).

Please only post photos of a candid nature, that fall in to one of the following strands: Documentary, Photojournalism and Street-Photography. For more information please read the group rules.

All submitted images will be moderated. That means if the image does not meet all the criterion laid out in the rules, it will be rejected.

Please start removing anything that you have posted to the group in the past that does not meet the guidelines.
The Hosts will shortly start removing all Images, Journal Entries, Writing and Clothing, that do not fit the groups selection criteria.
