Some ideas for relief agencies aiding in the Japan relief effort. If you would like me to add another link here, please let me know, thank you!

  1. JAPANESE Red Cross (please read message from this site – direct donations from foreigners can only be accepted through a bank transfer. They recommend foreigners use their national Red Cross agency).
*HERE* I have found a way to donate directly to the JAPANESE RED CROSS.
  2. American Red Cross
  3. Japanese NGO JEN
  4. British Red Cross Japan Tsunami Appeal
  5. Australian Red Cross
  6. Canadian Red Cross
  7. Italian Red Cross

Canadians wishing to help support relief efforts underway are encouraged to contribute by:

  1. Donating online
  2. Calling 1-800-418-1111
  3. By texting the word ASIA to 30333 to make a one-time donation of $5
  4. By contacting their local Red Cross office. Cheques should be made payable to the Canadian Red Cross, earmarked “Japan Earthquake/Asia-Pacific Tsunami” and mailed to the Canadian Red Cross National Office, 170 Metcalfe Street, Suite 300, Ottawa, Ontario, K2P 2P2.

We have all been deeply affected by what has happened in Japan. I know that there are many RedBubble members who are offering partial or whole proceeds of the sales of their artworks to the relief effort to help the people of Japan who are in an unfathomable crisis now.

I would like to offer this thread to be used as a place where any artist can upload any of their works that are being offered whereby partial or whole proceeds will be donated to a reputable non-religious charity assisting Japan.

This thread is open to all forms of media including photos, paintings and tee-shirts. The images posted in this thread DO NOT need to be images taken in Japan, it is open for all works that are intended to help Japan with donations to a reputable non-religious charity. (just want to stick with neutral charities is all ;o)) xx

Please do not use this thread as a place to chat or ask questions, it is to be used as a listing or gallery of artworks ONLY. If you have any enquiries, please feel free to contact me. Or also use the general discussion forums for anything you would like to discuss!! ;O)

Please feel free to share this link with others you know who have listed their works for donation to the Japan relief effort.

Thank you for caring about the people of Japan.

Please feel free to add how many sales you have made thus far beside your linked works.

Please feel free to use the Easy Button link below to display your work in a large or medium format if you wish. There are plenty of display options to choose from, please take advantage of this option if you would like to.

*EASY BUTTON*

Easy Button is a private tool created by Frannie Moore who kindly gave me permission to use this here. Thank you so much Frannie. ;O)

Thanks Tatum, for alerting me to this thread.

100% of the proceeds of these redbubble cards, prints and t-shirts will go toward relief in Japan (Red Cross).

Also, 50% of the proceeds of my FB Page launch event, 15th-31st of March 2011, will go toward relief in Japan (Red Cross).

So far, I have sold 2 laminated prints and am hoping for more sales as wellas similar efforts from other bubblers, so that a diverse collection of artworks and t-shirts are available for all tastes.

Hi guys, I would like to put my works from Japan up for donation, I spent 3weeks in Japan for my honeymoon last year and had an amazing time there and met so many helpful and generous people on my travels. I would like to give something back if I can.

#JAPANESE WORKERS SEND MESSAGES TO FAMILIES AS THEY BATTLE TO SAVE JAPAN

I just found some great links under this linked headline above, or click here for donation pathways. This news article is highlighting the incredibly brave and selfless emergency workers in Japan, who are going in to do what they can, and who have all the normal human fears and doubts that we all hold in our hearts…they find something extra at times like these, and their children can be so very proud of them.

As stated in the individual Drum Troupe Series, I would like to donate all profits from any sales of this Series of cards/posters. Buyer may choose between the New Zealand Red Cross or Japanese Red Cross to aid either the Japanese or Christchurch disaster relief funds.

Of course you can simply donate directly, these links put your donations directly into the relief efforts:

after all that is taken from us we still have hope…

I will be donating 80% of the proceeds made from this image to The Australian Red Cross to forward onto the relief efforts in Japan.
This piece has a deep meaning & has been created using many images I captured within my last 3 visits to Japan. Japan is very close to my heart & I have many friends who are constantly feeding through new information. I am fortunate that none of these friends & their families have lost their lives or been injured, however I know how they are suffering & wish there was more I could do.

Thank you Rose for pointing this out to me ;)
