When my flower addiction starts rearing it’s ugly head, I dig through my old shots looking for something to give me a fix. Today was the day. Wish I could tell you the name of this variety, but alas, I must have had a flood in that area of my brain and mold and mildew destroyed everything. A red Iris that was in a garden just off the side of the back road I take to and from town in Amherst, Virginia. I took this just after a rain storm. It looked like the Iris was trying to cover itself up to me. :)) / /
