This challenge opens for entires February 1st
For this challenge we are looking things that move….and since some of these things will be very old – maybe they are things that USED TO move. Movement should be an inherent part of its design. For example, trains, ships, windmills, water wheels, lighthouses (the lights at the top moved), steam engines, etc. Historic clocks (Big Ben) bells (The Liberty Bell). However, a weathervane on top of a listed building would NOT be accepted. The “thing that moves” must be prominently displayed in the photo and it must either be historically listed, or be displayed in a historic park or museum.
Vote for the photo(s) that you best portray the challenge theme
I have applied for a $20 Redbubble Voucher for the challenge winner. The challenge winner will be a featured member. Top ten photos will be featured.
All entries must follow the group rules, i.e. the “thing that moves” must have a historic designation or be displayed in a park or museum that has a historic designation. All challenge entries must be entered into the group.
