Featured in Back in Black – 2 May 2009 I have been offered a free session with a well-known psychic medium and everyone thinks that my mother may come through. / I should really want to go and talk to her, shouldn’t I ?? / MCN:C2QBM-FT2EX-FMMC3
When an abused child blames him/herself right into adulthood it can cause problems as he/she tries to understand what a ‘normal’ relationship should be. They can think of themselves as a ‘monster’ out of control, until she/he finally realises that they were not born a monster – he made them that way. The wonderful Earthmonster created this superb image Dark Secrets to accompany Monster. Thanks EM – for everything !! For Star Twister 53 – Broken Silence
I wrote most of this on a train journey and just found it again tucked in with my train ticket and travel documents. I wasn’t pleased with it when I wrote about it, but distance brings understanding.

Often times when my reality lets me down, there’s nothing left to do but make a world of my own.

This is a group for descriptive writing, a gallery for you to bring your canvas and cover it in words that paint worlds we fall into and feel with all our senses. This group exists as a platform for writers to exercise and practice their pens in painting literal pictures, producing tangible images, weaving palpable visuals in the reader’s mind. Readers should be able to see and feel the story as if it is their own, whether they like that or not.
