Uffing Mill Pond by Kasia-D

This small river pond with a weir is situated in the middle of Uffing. The winter light made the colours and contrasts particularly attractive on that late December day. St. Agatha’s church in the background. Parts of this building date back to 1480, although there may have been a church of some kind here since the 9th century. Location: Uffing am Staffelsee, Upper Bavaria, Germany. Nikon D200, Sigma 18-200mm. Postpro in CS4. Available in my Calendar Werdenfelser Lakes & Ponds, Bavaria (German text)
