Scanned Slide Shot just out of Innaminka SA – somewhere in the corner country… can’t quite remember where… it was a while ago now… This trip was planned around the full moon. Travel by day… set up camp just in time to run like buggery and find yourself a good pozie to shoot the sunset and the moonrise… pretty cool really! Next morning up early for the sunrise… then pack up camp and off we go… fantastic fun!

“These men have power to shut up the sky so that it will not rain during the time they are prophesying; and they have power to turn the waters into blood and to strike the earth with every kind of plague as often as they want.” -Amos 8:10 “O daughter of my people, gird thee with sackcloth, and wallow thyself in ashes: make thee mourning, as for an only son, most bitter lamentation; for the destroyer shall suddenly come upon us.” Jeremiah 6:26
This composite was made specialy for a the “chaos” challenge last year.I just let myself go and tried something different from what I use to do.I had a old picture from my trip in France when I went skiing in the Alps. The black stain at the left is,in fact,a restaurant at the “Trois Vallées” resort and you also can see the skier’s traces on the snow…. :)) I did a double layer with a shot of the moon taken with my Panasonic FZ-20…some coloring “et voilà”.....just for fun….

Twighlight Moon – Algarve
Started off with the trees lit up in blue during the Vivid Sydney Festival, added a shot of a full moon added the bats from the Parramatta Weir, added the steeple from St Mary’s Cathedral. The image took about 6 months to complete while I waited to find all the elements.
