A long exposure test-shot i did, while waiting for cars to drive by. But i find this compo came out interesting….and i did just a liiiiitle bit of editing. It was all orangy-yellow, and in photoshop (selective colouring tool) i changed a bit of the yellow into pinky-purple. But just a bit. Not a lot. Really. / AAa!!!! I so like. I love it. / I like it so much, that i did only 1 colour version of it and THATS IT! Otherwise, i will end up with a lot and i wont know which one to post here. :)) Moscow
Am i not getting better at long exposure shots? huh? :)) Moscow-Zelenograd / canon 450d
Aight, i made loads of colour-tint versions of this…with orton effect and without, and surprise! i cant decide between them. / I’ll present a few…. / I find this one interesting….because its green! A bit different and odd. / HDR-wannabe image )) Moscow – Zelenograd / canon 450d FEATURED in the Woman Photographer group / and in the First Things group!!!
Me and the photoclub peeps went for a hike-barbeque in the forest. Obviously with frying sausages on the fire and beer. / Was sooo much fun!!!!! / And as we were walking to the camping site, the sun was going down already and it was about to rain! And so i spotted our shadows…...they were so long and stuff. / Seriously, living in a city so close to the countryside is fun fun. I cant imagine living in the epicenter of Moscow. Our part of the town (Zelenograd) is green and close to forests, fields and lakes…..pretty pretty / Good stuff, i tell you. Canon 450d obviously / I FINALLY fought my fobia of the Manual settings. lol The results made much more sense than they usually would. yay!
Taken in December, 2006. I love this avenue and used to enjoy sitting here people watching …. IN THE SUMMER!! :o)
Grey is a nice colour. Grey is a nice colour. Grey is a nice colour. Grey is a nice colour. Grey is a nice colour. Grey is a nice colour. Grey is a nice colour. Grey is a nice colour. Grey is a nice colour. Grey is a nice colour. Grey is a nice colour. Grey is a nice colour. Again, i somehow made this HDR-like effect. Grey is a nice colour. Zelenograd – part of Moscow where i live / Canon 450d
Aight…..today me and the photoclub people went to the last of the 5 floor-old-type buildings, that are going to be demolished tomorrow. Omg….It was something. People just moved out this week, and most of them left some personal belongings and furniture still, but all of the front doors along with some of the supporting walls, were wrecked by the builders . It was wierd…. entering different sort of rooms, which are stylized in an old, Soviet manner….when people were limited to more or less the same stuff……but then, all the flats and rooms are so unique and individual…. And it was really touching to see old appliences that i havent seen in years lol and old toys, the sort i used to play…vintage wallpapers…house tools, photoes, posters on the walls….Beautiful and different experience it was. Like visiting a ghost city or going back a decade. And this is an old radio and a lip stick. The whole entourage, suggested that a woman used to live there. FEATURED!! In the Abandoned Items group
Some more photography of junk. This is a family of ancient water boilers. / Arent they cute! I would keep them as pets…lol
