this animal skull has been carried in the fence by a river in fury, after a storm. that’s why it is clean.
Endemic to the problems of the Salton Sea is the saltine level of the sea – 4 times that of the ocean. On top of that is the pollution and high water temperature. The shore line is filled with fish carcasses. It a sad state of affairs.
