Soundtrack: / Girl & The Sea By The Presets… title says it all! / La Mar By The Beautiful Girls… I want this song played at my wedding & my funeral… / All I Need By Air… Classic & what i was listening to whilst drawing.
Dress designed around the folds used in origami and the flowers used to embellish hair accessories etc with traditional Japanese dresses. All patterns used on the dress itself have been designed by me.

(4×6 Mixed Media on Card) / For this work,I used a playing card on which I glued yellow scrapbook paper. Then using a rubber stamp & embossing markers I stamped various images on each side. For the center,I added a mini spiral painting(which I made with(what else? a mini spiral paint kit) Then I added a frame made of Velum paper & 1920’s Flapper. Lastly, I cut the edges w/deco edge scissors.

(4×6 Mixed Media on Card) / / The Hourglass Figure”, often emphasized by wearing a tightly bound Corset, was well-regarded a hundred years ago. Hopefully,there are still guys out there(right?) who appreciate women who aren’t a size 2. Anyway, I made this little collage with a game card which already had an hourglass on it. So,I just added the pic,the saying(printed with a Dymo Label-Maker(Love it!) and a little sepia-colored ink.
