Topic: Being Extremely Positive / [Straw Poll] Offsite Exposure Agreement I think the idea is great, but it might be wise to mention copyright ownership staying with the artist, that RB and EP do not exclusively represent the artists or have the right make any decisions or enter into agreements on their behalf, 3rd party endorsements do’s and don’ts, and that the guidelines for the group are not, nor do they imply, a contractual agreement of any kind. As written here, I disagree. With a few tweaks that cover us a bit legally, I’d agree. |
