About This Group

This group is for anyone who has visited or is just a big fan of the historic Eastern State Penitentiary (ESP), in Philadelphia Pennsylvania.

Here will be your main source for all things Eastern State. Feel free to post journal entries about your experiences here, your great photos, and find information on any group shoots being organized.

Eastern State Penitentiary is a fascinating place to photograph throughout the year. If you have never been to ESP, it is highly recommended.

Denise (host) is a former employee of ESP and is available to lead you on a tour of the penitentiary, as long as plans are made at least two weeks in advance. Whether it’s a group of two people or a group of 20, she can accommodate you all.
