Hi members of DSLR Users Group.
It’s time for another Challenge.
Let’s try and capture a great Macro. Some of you are very experienced, others perhaps have never tried macro photography before.
Why not give it a go and see what you can come up with?
The scope for this challenge is very broad; items around the home, garden, town, country. Old, New, Natural, Mechanical, Man-made, human, animal, insect, living, decaying. Light, colour, shape, form. Abstract, pattern, texture, creative…. Go for it!
You can vote on as many images as you like, but the ones that gets the most votes will win this challenge.
The winning image will be featured in a special message with links to the creator and the Artist will become our new featured member until the next challenge.
Just to let you all know that we’ll be running another Challenge soon, focusing upon your BEST macro shot. So search through your archives on your home computers or library. As part of the challenge we’d encourage you to help others take better Macro shots, so tell us
1) What inspired you to take the shot?
2) How you set about getting ready?
3) What settings you used on your camera?
4) Include some images in the information panel that didn’t quite work out.
5) What you like about your shot…
6) Don’t forget to include the Camera and Lense too…
Most of all, have fun and let your creative juices flow:-) Don.
