This is my cousin Obadiah (who is like a brother to me) and his new wife Cynthia, taken just moments are they were wed. This shot reminded me of a song from the 90s, “So In Love” by All4One. The title is a line from the song. Lyrics Model: Obadiah & Cynthia / Date: Aug 11, 2008 / Location: Watertown, Tennessee, USA / Photographer: FireLilyAMG/Allyssa L. Edwards / Camera: Kodak EasyShare dx7630 Feedback always encouraged and appreciated. You may not use my artwork without my permission. This photo was taken along highway 58, near Ten Mile, Tennessee. The stretch of 58, between Kingston, Tennessee and the Spring City area is covered with scenic treasures. Early Days appears in sepia.
This shot was taken along some back-road years ago between the towns of Kingston and Sweetwater, Tennessee, as my wife and I were out just riding the roads. Today, tobacco ads are somewhat taboo in America. But “back when” it made a good sign for Rose Grocery. /
This is truly an honor! I want to give a big special thanks to Ellen and Southern Style: A Downhome Perspective for recently featuring my pastel painting, Resting Place. Resting Place is one of my personal favorites. Thanks again, Ellen! AND… ...just today (turkey day), Lori and Country Bumpkin featured my acrylic painting, October in the South. Thanks for honoring this piece Lori.!! Today has been a good day for features!
