This is my beautiful cat Sophie. She was such a sweety, very laid back. She was 14 when she got very ill and had to be put to sleep nearly 2 years ago. We went through such a lot of life changing things together and I miss her. RIP Sophie. FEATURED PHOTOGRAPH….. ‘Cats and Dogs’ group on the 10th feb 2009. ‘Extreme Close-ups’ group on the 19th of September 2009.
My kitty, Aurora after a “whirlwind” play session of about 10 minutes NONSTOP….completely exhusted laying on the hallway floor! This was such a CUTE picture…I just had to grab my camera, and hope she didn’t move when she saw me! Aurora is a rescued kitty. She use to live in a garage of a very kind animal lover who kept feeding her and sheltering her until she could find a good home…Thank you, Mary for taking care of her before I took her home! / ____ Featured in Clubs: / Hall of Fame for Animal Artists – Nov. 2009 / Dogs and Cats / Playful Photographic Pets / Tabby Time – 3 per day Wins in the following Groups & Challenges: / Cats & Dogs (1 per day) – “Happy Anniversary Cats & Dogs Members!” – Top 10 (#6) – Nov. 2009 / Playful Photogenic Animals – “Featured #1” – Top 10 (#9) Oct. 2009 / Domestic and Pedigree Cats – “Your Favorite” – Top 10 (#4) Oct. 2009 / Domestic and Pedigree Cats – “Cats with Natural Blue Eyes” – Challenge Winner (#1) Sept 2009 / Cats and Dogs (1 artwork per day) – “Tabby Cats” – Top 10 (#2) Aug. 2009 / Paws and Claws (3 per day) – 3 or more Features, Dogs and Cats only!!!!!! – Top 10 (#7) July 2009 / Playful Photogenic Pets – Indoor Pets – Top 10 (#4) June 2009 / Paws and Claws (3 per day) – “Rescued and Adopted Cats” – Top 10 (#4) June 2009 / Eye Contact – “Cats Eye” – Top 10 (#4) June 2009 / Paws n Claws – 2 or more Features, “Cats and Dogs only!” – Top 10 (#4) / Cats and Dogs(1 per day) – “Exhusted Cats” – Top 10 (#9) / The Woman Photographer – “Your Pet” – Top 10 (#8) / The Woman Photographer – “Here Kitty, Kitty, Kitty” – Top 10 (#3) / Cats and Dogs (1 per day) – “Cats & Dogs – Your Favorite” – Top 10 (#6) / The Beginner’s Corner – Favorite Pet Challenge” – Top 10 (#1) / Domestic and Pedigree Cats – June Avater _ Top 10 (#1) / All Pets Great and Small – “Cats Only (Main Focus) – Top 10 (#1)
My two babies, who are best friends. / Canon 10D
If we are asked to imagine a sophisticated hunting machine some of us will surely think of their beloved cat. Cats are fast, athletic, flexible, have a lot of patience, and a killer instinct. We all have seen hunting cats moving one foot at a time, staring intently at the prey they are stalking on a hot summer day … and occasionally we find a dead or alife “gift” on our doorsteps. It’s just a shame that we do not appreciate a good gooey mouse as much as our feline friends do. I don’t know what kind of a cat this is. I saw her running free on a private parking lot close to a major Interstate and asked the man who’s feeding her occasionally and gave her the bell. He said he wouldn’t know either … he’s taking care of the cat because she obviously has no home. / / I wonder what this cat is thinking behind those china blue hypnotic eyes ... / / If you are considering buying a gift for yourself, or a cat loving friend, then there’s no better choice than a cat art print or poster. Please note: RedBubble automatically re-sharpens and adds contrast to the uploaded images for web display. That’s why some originally properly exposed, sharp thumbnails and large previews appear too harsh and too sharp. / Purchased Printed Photographs are properly exposed and sharpened!

One of the kittens from my friends litter her cat had. I’m not sure if it’s the same one or not as the three of them are white, lol. Fuji S9500 used.
I had been told that the training procedure with cats was difficult. It’s not. Mine had me trained in two days. ~Bill Dana Featured in PAWS and CLAWS / Featured in DOMESTIC and PEDIGREE CATS

This image is a mixture of a photograph and a digital painting. It features a black and white illustration of a tabby cat with different coloured eyes – one blue and one green to represent the earth and sky – looking down on planet earth. The photograph of Earth is as seen from Apollo 17.
My cat Monkey, doing what she does best.
Canon XTi / Aperature 5.6 / Shutter Speed 1/200 / ISO 400 / Lens 70.0-300.0 mm 38 Favorites / This is my best friends cat Missy, while my friend was at the Vet with her 3 little Silky Terriers she saw little Misssy and just had to take her home, sombody dropped the litter off in front of the Vet and I think Missy is one out of 5. Anna my friend went back to the Vet and gave them some money so they wont be put asleep and instead have them take the litter to a no Kill Shelter. How sweet. Missy is only 4 weeks old and she is one little cutie, I had to go there today to get some cute shots. / It was taken in the backyard on a table and the cup was yellow so I did alot of editing. / Challenge Winner in the “The most beautiful Cat Greeting Card” in the Tabby Time group / Thanks to all that voted for Missy Featured in: JPG Cast-Offs, July 2009 / Thanks to all Hosts Featured in: For the love of Cats, July 2009 / Thanks to all Hosts Featured in: You’re Accepted, July 2009 / Thanks to all Hosts Featured in: Domestic & Pedigree Cats, July 2009 / Thanks to all Hosts This is the Original Image of Missy /

14 weeks old and practising to be a grown up:)
I had to pick the stubborn little thing up, which only fueled her fire. She’s very aware of her superior position in the house, and she owns Daddy. Sometimes life doesn’t go the way you want it to, even if you’re a spoiled-rotten cat! The Rolling Stones put out the song YOU CAN’T ALWAYS GET WHAT YOU WANT. . . STONES. / Or from the original vinyl Rescued: Molly went from being a starving little mother-to-be on the street to having her own house, bed (once ours), and her very own daddy (she thinks). While she likes me somewhat too, she’s daddy’s girl. / She didn’t want to move off Daddy’s feet, so I had to help. I might add, but it’s obvious, that she’s gotten a bit plump since she moved in here. Any Tabby with brown hair behind its ears is a brown tabby. On this bedspread, the brown in her coat really stands out! Normally she looks kind of raccoony grey.
