THEATRICAL AND STAGED PHOTOGRAPHY
Setting up a scene to illustrate an idea using theatrical techniques such as costumes, make-up, models, location, lighting etc… then taking a photo of it…
An arranged photo shoot…
The concept must be evident in the ‘planning’ and during the ‘execution’ processes from an artistic and deliberate perspective… it is mainly going to exhibit persons or people in the images (poses etc.) however if the scene is made of a number of objects that tell a story it will be considered, this however will be rare and often by pre-arrangement.
