Here the workers load sacks of flour on barges, their faces covered with a fine powder of tapioca at the end of hard day’s work. —-—-—-—-—-—-—-—-—-—-—-—-—-- Cassava, la plante qui nous donne le tapioca, est l’une des cultures principales de la Thailande. Ici les travailleurs chargent les sacs de farine de cassava sur des barges, le visage recouvert de la fine poudre de tapioca après une dure journée de labeur.
