THIS GROUP IS ONLY FOR SELF PORTRAITS & PORTRAITS OF FELLOW ARTISTS ON REDBUBBLE
No Limit to Submissions but try to keep to a maximum of 2 per day, so as not to flood the homepage all at once.
No Photography or Photomanipulation.
We are a group for Traditional Mediums but will accept Digital Painting/Drawing if the work is done by hand in a traditional method.
Description should clearly state that the work is a Self Portrait or Fellow Artist on Redbubble with a link to their page. If we are uncertain we reject.
No abstract ideas or concepts which may be tagged Self Portrait or other please- We appreciate your creativity but this group is about traditional portraiture depicting the Human Face. Please note this is quite different from putting the subject into a fantasy or illustrative setting, which we do allow and encourage.
Only upload your best work which is presented as such- badly scanned, cropped or blurred reproductions might be rejected.
We accept T-Shirts fitting the group guidelines (only 5 per artist). We ask that you design your portraits specifically for a T-Shirt. A duplicate of your existing artwork on a Tee will not be accepted- The T-shirts should be stand alone & unique.
The hosts decision is final on the works accepted and this will always be true to the Group Theme
We are a small but growing group, friendly and supportive, there is no pressure or competition and we encourage members to hone their portraiture skills and get involved in our monthly challenges where we present a new model for all to try.
