This group is to focus on “Birds of prey” which are birds that hunt for food primarily on the wing, using their keen senses, especially vision. Their talons and beaks tend to be relatively large, powerful and adapted for tearing and/or piercing flesh.
Please add the sub-family for which it belongs to in order to educate the other members of what Birds of Prey are around the world, if you would like some help with bird Identification Please refer to our groups forums. Common names are easy, Sub-families are educational.The Raptor should be the focus of your image Meaning no large landscape shots with the raptor in a small area. We want to see the raptor clearly and not have to search the image for it.
Some detailed information would be great but that part is not a requirement.1. Have a passion and love for Birds Of Prey
