We were an open posting group, but posts now have to be approved by the group’s caring and sharing hosts. (Well actually, BrainCandy isn’t caring and sharing at all, he’s really a bastard, but we have grown to love that in him.) We started to get too many images that were just about being colourful so that’s why we went for “approval required”. If your image is just colourful, no matter how beautiful, it ain’t for here. We are looking for creators who are fair dinkum haters of beige, and note, we’re using “beige” as a euphemism. Have a look back at the group description if you don’t get what we mean. If the group description isn’t clear enough about our ethos, please look at the Featured Works to get a better idea of our group’s reason-for-being. But it’s easy to reduce the chance that we have to reject ya stuff – just think about our “burn normality” logo before posting. Last thing is: please don’t be tempted to use this group to argue the case for the comfort of a beige world; we’re just not interested. (PS: If you do feel compelled to complain to any of the hosts, please do so in mostly capitals, use lots of inappropriate punctuation, bad spelling and, ideally, with lots of hand-drawn pictures of the evil devils you may well be convinced we are possessed by; we love that sort of bubblemail, and we’re pretty certain group members will wanna see it too!)
