Pay it forward

Martyn Baker Martyn Baker 448 posts

A few years ago there was a movie called Pay It Forward, whereby a young boy did a favour for someone else, they inturn payed the favour onto 3 others who in turn did the same, and so on….

What I ask is that we cvan do the same on here. Is there an artist who’s work you really like, an image that is out of this world or gives you that feel good feeling.

I’ll start this experiment off:

Artists whom I love looking back through their works:

Alixzandra – Alix has wonderful works covering numerour genres

Philip Johnson – Philip is a master of landscape HDR (something I wish I could grasp)

Clive – I’m always envious of Clive’s sunset shots as for some reason I always check them with sat in my windowless office

Hi Martyn,

What a fantastic idea, and sorry for not seeing it earlier.

Although I have already put quite a few people into my watchlist and spend far too much time looking at other people’s work than working on my own, there are a couple that really stand out for me. I guess what amazes me most is that there are so many incredibly talented people at RedBubble (including so many beginners!!!) that for anybody to stand out above the many is even more special.

Artists that I spend hours and hours and hours looking at their work over and over:

Kieran O’Connor – Kieran’s HDR Landscapes are incredible every single time. Each one different, new and just as impressive. He also publishes quite often too.

Dragonflyer – I find this lady’s art unbelievable powerful. Each piece conveys such incredible emotion to me, right down how perfectly the titles match the work. Just wow!!

Malcom Katon – Another Bubbler that posts often, but each and every one of Malcom’s photos is another incredible landscape or wildlife photo.
