I thought this may help some people who are not sure of what settings they want to catch that Bee in flight or a fast moving subject….
I run a Rebel XTI and a 70mm Sigma Macro lens… with good light I like to run in TV mode with a 200 ISO and about 1250 to 1600 shutter speed and use your center point as your focal point…
