TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF MEMBERSHIP

By joining this group you and your artwork/designs/written works are subject to the following terms and conditions.

1. YOU maintain ALL rights and copyright on any visual and/or written works you choose to submit to the group’s galleries (as per RedBubble’s Terms).

1. YOU CONSENT to your visual and/or written works being featured in promotion on RedBubble AND offsite in publications such as email news bulletins, blogs {and the official independent Art Action Union Website}. *

1. YOU CONSENT to your visual and/or written works being used for external promotion of the Art Action Union Group and it’s affiliated campaigning. *

1. YOU CONSENT to being approached via bubblemail by group hosts regarding possible inclusion of works in external promotion of the group and affiliated campaigning OR additional projects and collaborations organised by the Art Action Union such as grant applications, ongoing campaigns and email newsletter features.

In most cases (and as time permits), for any specific campaigning a bubblemail will be sent to artists when their artwork/written works are featured or promoted.
