The Challenge

Focusing on the lack of freedom of expression… is the discrimination against political and activist artists on commercial webspaces that offer server cyber room and to ALL artists, but wish to maintain an ‘adequate’ tone for investors and stakeholders.

Do commercial orgainsations unashamedly use artists and community idealism for personal response, reducing the mechanisms for activists and provocative artists to be afforded the same protection and safety in our community as the other social aspects of thought, for eg. the ‘right’ or ‘antagonistic’?

… the removal of a fair system based on perhaps the fiscal and an emotional lacking to provide adequate community protection for all ideas, personalities and customs.

Exploring Community Moderation techniques in contrast to Mediation, Negotiation and Intervention for disputes with ARTISTS on an INTERNET site!

Possibly one of the most diverse categories of personal mind-set… a community FULL of extreme (be they passive to aggressive) personality and attention seeking promotional attitude for private popularity for gain… no matter the artists attitudes to politics.

When does harassment become harassment on the internet, and if one member is treated differently to another, when does that member lose faith in the system…

How do we define harassment (and even stalking) in the sense of activist art???
