About This Group

I want this group to be about ethical animal art. That is, I want to see animals on reservations, animals in national parks, rescued dogs and cats, sharks and whales swimming in the ocean – you get the idea!

I don’t want to see images of rodeos or of bull fighting or of caged or circus animals. I don’t want to see images of animals from pet stores or puppy mills. I don’t want to see whales and orcas in small aquarium tanks. This group is about animals being treated fairly and equally.

For submissions of pet photos, please also let us know where/how the animal was rescued or bred! We won’t accept photos of ‘designer dogs’

Along with seeing your gorgeous artwork, I want this group to be about education. If you don’t understand why I’m opposed to rodeos, pet stores, circuses, etc, etc, by all means, ask me!
