The Challenge

Painting media are used to paint forms instead of to draw lines. This challenge is for work that was created using mostly digital methods and media to paint.

Looking for the work that you painted with your own mouse and hands. Fractal and algorithmic work will have separate challenges.

Abstract work has a focus on the underlying geometries, colors and patterns that create imagery. They have NO identifiable subject.

Heavily abstracted work will also be accepted – but the objects and “stuff” in the subject should be very hard to identify.

Representative work and work not made with paint media will be removed. (I’m trying to run through the styles 2 per week, so your style challenges will come soon!)
