The Challenge

So with the arrival of a new host it is time to get a new feature banner challenge going! If you are the winner, you will give the moderators in ! 100% ! the rights to use your image for moderator purposes and will need to send an email copy to Rhonda.
PLEASE BE SURE TO READ VOTING CRITERIA BEFORE SUBMITTING!

Judging / Voting Criteria

1. Must say something along the lines of “Congratulations, you have been featured in the ! 100% ! group”
   any art without this text will be removed.
2. NO clothing, writing or journals
3. Must be your 100% BEST work.
4. Grant the hosts of this group rights to use your banner for an indeterminate time.
   Ties will be settled by a moderator vote.
