It was John D Rockerfeller that developed the site that contains the Radio City music hall. It grew out of the Great Depression (after the Metropolitan Opera pulled out of a project to build them a new home). In Arizona the temp is up in the triple digits & dry heat or not it’s ridiculously hot to say the very least! We are often in the pool quite a bit as a result. However, the down side is the high risk of skin cancer & various other skin diseases caused by so much exposure to the sun. (even with UV protection) /
