  • CarrieGlenn art is amazing and if you have never seen it you are missing a treat. / As I have said before sometimes when I see someone paintings, art work or a photograph words come to me while looking at it and I have to get those words out on paper. This is what came to me from this beautiful painting: / Off To Fairyland (By Way Of Fairyloons) We hope you enjoy our collaboration it is always fun to do these as the artist never knows what the writer is going to write and it’s funny because I never know what to write until I look deep into the painting. Please check out Carrie’s work I know you will just love it. Thank you for taking the time to view this beautiful painting and for reading my few words please feel free to leave us a comment if you have the time. Thank you all.

  • a little deeper by budrfli

is a collaboration between myself & LoraMae / for the week 20 Challenge. / thank you LoraMae once again for your beautiful words giving life and making this our art! Standing tall and firmly rooted / weathered many a storm / Knotted skin lined through the ages / battle scars have formed / Embrace the wind that comes to blow / Sup upon the rains that fall / For all things have a purpose / Even the storms that come to call / Through such storms we all must go / they can break or make us strong / Don’t let the storms of life defeat you / dig a little deeper and hold on

  • teapots by SarahClo

One of various marrocan art / The writer is Daniel Martin / There once lived a Genie – Collaboration for SarahClo (Tea Pot picture) Author: DanielMartin There once was a teapot / One Day it got very hot / Some one came too it / And dismantled it bit by bit / I saw something i could never wish to see / Something gazing at me, with hair like a tree / It didnt speak at first, but when i rubbed the second teapot / I found it didnt get very hot! / The Gazing thing, was really a Genie / Apparently he was from “Bo Beenie” / He told me, it was just of the west coast / Ok Ok, No need to boast! / I asked him what was his name / He didnt tell him, he said he had too much shame / The second teapot, magically lifted up out into the sky / It started to whizz around and fly! / The Teapot, poured hot water of the genie as if by magic / The Genie, told me that his life story was so tragic / Apparentley the Genie, had a brother, who lived in the second teapot / “He hates me, thats why he dosent get hot!” / “So why dont you pour hot water over him?” i asked / “I dont have the guts, besides he has a bigger rim,” / “Oh Dear… We cant go on like this,” I replied / I commanded the second teapot, to come and land by his brother / He came, and got hot and told us that he hadnt got a mother / “No! Thats lie, you just love her too much,” / Oh Guys, dont fight about something like this / Just live your life happily, in pure bliss! / Eventually the second teapot calmed down, and i asked him his name / “Erm…. My Name red,” / “Thats my brother Bubble,” / Well live happily, Please dont fight / Now get out of my sight! In the end Red and Bubble, left and got married to other teapots and they both got good jobs, Red got a job making tea at a local steel mill, and Bubble – Well i’m not quite sure what happened to him. That was the story of brothers Red & Bubble

  • Talk to me ..... by Anne Staub

“When words don’t seem to come / And life leaves you feeling numb, / Open your heart to a friend. A friend will listen and more than care, / Even if they can’t be there, / A friend will be your guide. Your guide through all those empty times, / Endless roads and countless miles, / Destination still unknown. Still unknown…. / but not alone, / A thought to aid your quest. Your quest for love and life and joy / Sad, sorrowful feelings to destroy. / You’ll find you can succeed. You can succeed and life will change / Your hopes and dreams may rearrange / But nothing will hold you back. NOTHING will hold you back.” Never feel alone by Debbie Black All photographs and artworks in this portfolio are copyrighted and owned by the artist, Anne Staub.
