Arlington West is an ongoing display of the casualties in Iraq on East Beach in Santa Barbara, to protest against the war in Iraq, and increase the public awareness regarding the military and political fallout of staying there. Each Sunday morning thousands of crosses, as the number of the fallen, for that day, are placed in the sand and volunteers are providing the public with up to the moment information on casualties plus individual stories on the fallen.
Captured at a Public City Park in downtown Santa Rosa California (USA) There are several park benches throughout the park all painted differently. I wish I knew the name of the artist that painted this so I could give them credit…but I have no idea. While going through my saved images on my Canon camera, I found this shot which I took while driving down Main Street Santa Barbara, California, Tthe woman whom I was photographing saw me and gave me a smile and a peace sign. I remember the magic moment of communication and I share it with my Red Bubble friends. My camera was set on the portrait setting and I edited it before I downloaded it by giving it a bit of vivid color enhancement, It is so nice to rediscover favorite shots which I cannot bear to delete from my memory chip
This was taken in Northern California on HWY 1, somewhere along the coast. I wish I could recall exactly. It was published on the cover of Allan Hancock College’s Spectrum Magazine a few years ago. Thought I would put it up here on RB. / / FEATURED in Norther California Style / FEATURED in California Sound

This is a montage of a landscape shot of power lines in Merced County CA, also images of my personal collections of Obsidian, and Crystal. My intent was for this to be a bit futuristic and otherworldly…....as the search for more power for the world continues….....Edited with PhotoImpact11. / / / _ / All The Materials Contained May Not Be Reproduced, Copied, Edited, Published, Transmitted Or Uploaded In Any Way Without My Permission.
