Just some Flowers by theyellowfury
Not my normal sort of thing and I considered abandoning it a few times. / Imagine it, no political message, no black humour. It has no edge / But when I got it into my head that I was going to finish it no matter what was when the problems really started. / Flowers are easy enough, I knew that from the geMeni drawing but leaves, I found out are a pain in the arse and no mistake. I’m still not completely happy but I am definitely finished working on it and on to new projects. / I’m taking suggestions for a new name for this and its wide open for critique. / Pencil is only my thing since about six weeks ago. Here’s the cool thing about this though, I didn’t look at one picture of a flower, just did it off the top of my head.

Radical Interceptor by Biker
After seeing a few of those crazy dragster drawings of big V8’s burning rubber etc I thought I’d have a go at doing something like that based on my all time favourite film car Mad Max’s V8 Interceptor from the film of the same name. Anyway after drawing it I scanned it into the PC and set about fooling around with Photoshop colourising it and generally just practising and getting used to what photoshop has got. So I guess you could say this is my first bit of proper digital colourising…. well I think it’s OK.

Vespa by Rosina Lamberti
THE BIRTH OF A LEGEND Vespa is more than a humble scooter. Piaggio was founded in Genoa in 1884 by twenty-year-old Rinaldo Piaggio. It took shape thanks to the successful co-operation of the aeronautical engineer and inventor Corradino D’Ascanio (1891-1981). The Vespa (wasp in Italian) was the result of Enrico Piaggio’s determination to create a low cost product so anyone could afford one.
