You’re probably wondering what this image is…well, it’s my old shower curtain hooks! They’re standing up on their sides, keeping each other up. It was a hard process to keep them standing at the same time, but the image in the end was rewarding. I find it rather unusual; shower curtain hooks holding each other up, instead of their generic friend, the shower curtain. I thought it resembled a playground and had a bright feeling to it. Hope you like it! This is a representation of me because I really enjoy finding new ideas, and making use of readily available things/ideas that we would normally put aside for one specific reason. I love to stretch the potential in anything I find, as demonstrated here.

Ponka Wilderness Area, Arkansas The Natural State Entering the wilderness, this trail enters the 11,300-acre of Ponka Wilderness. Some of the most pristine wilderness, and indigenous hard wood forest in the US. / A place largely free of the sights, and sounds of our modern world. / Trails cross steep grades, and ford over the Buffalo National River, and its many tributaries. / With its steep rugged terrene, one needs to consider their physical abilities, and of course current weather conditions before hiking these trails. Be prepared I took this image in 2006 when I was able to get out, and hike the beautiful Arkansas Wilderness. I thank God everyday for the many images I have taken along my way, and each time I view them, I can re-live that moment, in time. This image is dedicated to my friend Lynn. Beginner’s Expressions is for those who are early in their creative journey. If you are just getting your creative feet or feeling a bit uncertain about a new sort of work, you can put it up here. You can ask for feedback if you want. We also welcome our more experienced friends who want to join as well. Feel free to post journal entries or links through to articles which may help us all as we grow. The forum is for us all to share tips, advice and build friendships.
This group isn’t limited to just beginner’s who have just picked up a camera….it also caters to Photoshop beginners, creative writings, arts, clothing, etc.
As a member of this group, you may be asked to showcase your work or share a little about yourself and your techniques. You always have the option to decline, but we encourage group participation.
