A/S/L? EYES is a documentation screenshot of A/S/L (Experiment 3) to capture the detail in the textures of the drawing. It is a fully digital image that is a representation of the dangers of online interaction. How many of you aware that I could track you down to your full name, your address, your age, your school, your family, your pets? I’m not a hacker, nor am I a stalker, yet those two types of people, and many, many more, can do a far better job of it. I’m off to finish some documentation. Just here to submit this. _ Art© Sno-Oki 2009 P.S. A/S/L stands for Age, Sex, Location. / P.P.S. The girl in question is an avatar of myself. / P.P.P.S. This is part of a visual arts exhibition that I will be participating in at the end of 2010.
L: Aubrey Gray… an ambitious workaholic who enjoys painting and making friends in her spare time. She aspires to become a big shot CEO. Her favorite color is irish green and her favorite food is anything grilled. R: Charlotte Gray… a naturally Charismatic Virtuoso, Charlotte spends her spare time playing the guitar, doing charity work, and enjoying nature. She’s on the path of the Rock-star, and hopes to be a household name one day. Her favorite color is burgundy and her favorite food is spaghetti.
These two are characters from a comic I’m working on. I really love how Deaths’ (the black hair one) face turned out. He looks rather cute. I hope you enjoy! I know for sure this will be my Christmas cards for this year. I forgot to mention, the pattern I used for the present is a one I found on http://www.brusheezy.com/patterns. All credit goes to the artist.

This is Gabriel, Aeron’s son. He’s slightly paranoid about his eyes – one’s from his mother, and the other is from his father. It’s only natural, since having a vibrant red eye during the height of the German Witch Hunts (they executed more witches than any other country in the world) is not so great. Hence, he kept it covered with his hair in a stylish “emo fringe”...about 400 years before its time.
This t-shirt was suggested by Dave. He really likes this image and thinks a lot of people will like it as well. I fixed it up a bit in photoshop because I colored it when I had GIMP. If you have any suggestions or comments, they would be greatly appreciated.
okaaaaaay so yes it is indeed ONLY the sketch. I WILL delete it/update it when the final colour piece is done. I just decided I was goina be nice enough to show all you guys that I am indeed working occasionally since some people were asking why I wasn’t posting anything ect ect. Long story short: My arm dislocates and the muscel tears itself into an agonizing, bubbling mess if I spend too much at the computer. I will only be putting my commissioned works into colour between now and the time I get a laptop to stay away from as much pain as possible. Lolly Girl© Me / PS: Slap That Naughty Body is the name of the song i’m addicted to and she is singing.
Life in Skype sudden pic :D Now, online skype friends, is really important part of life of many people. And in my life too.
A practice sheet for my (stalled) GN project.
My first tee and I’m so excited! Well, this is my character Aeron from my series of stories called “The Society Chronicles”, which are still being written. Aeron’s not very fond of crows which makes you wonder what he’s going to do with it when you’re not looking… The Society Chronicles © Sno-Oki 2007-2009
This is Aerten, the Welsh Goddess of War, Death, and Destruction. While she doesn’t look as threatening here, she’s assured me that her nickname “The Blood Butterfly” didn’t come from being a sweet girl.

I was going to save this until I finished the comic that this character is in, but I thought that would be too long. So here’s Akuma. He’s a character from a comic I’m working on called Akuma Situations. I would really like to know what you think. I don’t know if the image is too simple or not.

Burst is about all that is anime and manga, cell shading/painting and line drawings, and the digital equivalents.
Anime is a Japanese word that was derived from the English word, ‘animation’ and is essentially the Japanese adaptation of Disney films after WW2. Anime almost immediately evolved into its own very distinct film genre and into what it has become today.
Don’t think you’ve ever watched anime? Think again. Since the mid to late 60’s anime series such as Speed Racer, Robotec, and many others have been imported by countries around the world with replacement dialogue in the importer’s native language. Remember those weird names in the credits? Those are Japanese.
Manga are Japanese comics done in much the same style as Anime, but are often more detailed than anime as more time is spent on each individual frame.
